'This is a collection of 3 stories by three different authors. 'Countdown', 'My brother Bernadette', and my favourite 'Snakes and Ladders'. At school, all the other children pick on Wendy and call her "Weedy Wendy". To prove she is really brave, Wendy takes her granddads snake, Slinky, to school in her bag but Slinky escapes and wriggles off. Wendy has to be extra brave and try to catch him. I really enjoyed this book and I would really love to take a snake to school in my bag. Poppy Luke-Harrison, Aged 6.
