Sam Taylor lives in Bolehall, Tamworth with her husband and 2 children aged 3 and 3 months.
Q: How long have you lived in the area?
A: All my life in Tamworth and 2 years in Bolehall.
Q: Why do like living where you do?
A: It's close all the amenities and there are good walks for the children where we can feed the ducks.
Q: What is your favourite shop?
A: For the children: Sainsbury's and for myself: Next.
Q: What is your favourite children's club/class?
A: Rainbow Playworld. It's an indoor play area, where they have a nice mother and toddler session. I can have a cup of tea and know the children are safe and having fun.
Q: What is your favourite day out?
A: We love Broomey Croft children's farm. They have two outdoor play areas and if the weather is bad it has a soft indoor play area. It has a lovely café and a covered picnic area.
Q: What is your favourite child friendly place to eat?
A: Sainsbury's, they are very breast feeding friendly and offer good value for money.
Q: What is your favourite alternative health treatment or postnatal group?
A: Breast feeding clinic at Lichfield Guildhall on Thursday mornings, also Gold award winning Toddlers at Glascote Meeting Rooms Argyle room on a Thursday morning.
Q: What should no parent be without?
A: Milton antibacterial wipes.
Q: What are your parenting pet hates?
A: Smoking in the car when children are in it.
Q: What is your most embarrassing moment?
A: When potty training Georgia, she'd been dry out for weeks, we were in TK Maxx and she wet herself, the staff were really good, a week later we were there again and she did it again, it was the same assistant working – she just looked at me.
Q: What is your favourite bedtime story book?
A: Georgia loves The Gruffalo because there is so much going on.
Q: What toy do your children play with most?
A: Connie loves her V Tech Magic Moving Ball. Georgia loves to play with Polly Pockets.
Q: What was your biggest waste of money?
A: The wrong pushchairs, I'm on about my fifth. Finally found the BebeCar Reversus.
Q: What is your most successful recipe for the kids?
A: Definitely Spaghetti Bolognaise.
