Q: How long have you lived in the area?
A: 12 years.

Q: Why do like living where you do?
A: I love the community feel. I have loads of friends from school, church and from when the kids were babies. It is so easy to get anywhere...it feels central to everywhere I need to go.

Q: What is your favourite shop?
A: Home Bargains of course.

Q: What is your favourite children's club/class?
A: Molly adores gymnastics at Manor Farm on a Saturday morning and Jack can't wait for Beavers on a Friday night.

Q: What is your favourite day out?
A: Pricey, but excellent

Q: What is your favourite child friendly place to eat?
A: Sorry, but it has to be McDonalds.

Q: What is your favourite alternative health treatment or postnatal group?
A: Breast Feeding Group at our local doctors...it was a fabulous social group as well as a support group.

Q: What should no parent be without?
A: Stickers for star charts.

Q: What are your parenting pet hates?
A: When people give you advice based on the following:
"We've all been through it" even though it was 20 years ago.
"Boys will be boys" IS NOT an excuse for dreadful behaviour.

Q: What is your most embarrassing moment?
A: When my husband was trying to propose to me and he couldn't get me to shut up. When he asked me to marry him I finally stopped talking.

Q: What is your favourite bedtime story book?
A: The Gruffalo.

Q: What toy do your children play with most?
A: Junior Monopoly.

Q: What was your biggest waste of money?
A: A toy robot thingy.

Q: What is your most successful recipe for the kids?
A: Shepherds Pie or Spag Bol.
