Alison Wadlow is 29 and lives with her husband Jamie and their daughter Connie, aged 4. They live in Lichfield.
Q: How long have you lived in the area?
A: 14 years.
Q: Why do you like living where you do?
A: Quite rural yet easily accessible to lots of different areas. Also nice and quiet.
Q: What is your favourite shop?
A: Pamelas in Burntwood. You can always get something different from there.
Q: What is your favourite children's club/class?
A: Little Steps Gymnastics, Connie loves going.
Q: What is your favourite day out?
A: I really like Gullivers Kingdom. The children can go on everything, it's good value for money and you can stay all day.
Q: What is your favourite child friendly place to eat?
A: The Raj Duth, they do a special half a mild chicken curry, and its really quick.
Q: What is your favourite alternative health treatment or Post-natal Group?
A: Reflexology, I find it very relaxing and therapeutic. I love all complimentary therapies and find them to be very beneficial.
Q: What should no parent be without?
A: Sense of humour and a life of your own.
Q: What are your parenting pet hates?
A: People who sit and just shout at their children instead of getting up and dealing with them.
Q: What is your most embarrassing moment?
A: When Connie asked me if Daddy was going to go to hell, after she must have heard me on the phone to him.
Q: What is your favourite bedtime story book?
A: Rainbow Fish as it teaches Connie about sharing.
Q: What toy do your children play with most?
A: The Treehouse in the garden. I can never get her out of it, in fact, she'd sleep in it if I let her. Aqua draw on a rainy day and we get plenty of those.
Q: What was your biggest waste of money?
A: Leapfrog book, just not interested in it.
Q: What is your most successful recipe for the kids?
A: A good roast chicken.
