Buddy Training

It can be difficult to find the motivation to attend the gym sometimes. So, why not take
advantage of personal trainer buddy training sessions.

Most trainers offer them and they are a more cost effective way of having your own Personal trainer. You can train with a partner, friend or spouse. Personal trainers can provide you with a fun, safe fitness program. It works really well, you can't get out of it as easily if the appointment is booked and your training buddy is depending on you. It's more fun doing it together, you can keep each other motivated. Your trainer can do a fitness programme that suits you and your fitness levels, you and your buddy don't need to be at the same level, you can also get advice on diet.

Claire and I have been training together for several weeks, our fitness is so much better, we can now jog around the estate, something we could not have done two months ago. We have also lost several inches and feel a lot healthier overall. I would really recommend buddy training, it's much more fun than doing it on your own, Claire keeps me motivated when I moan, and we can see the results and even look forward to the sessions.
