Butterflies

Make these bright butterflies would make a lovely gift for Mother's day, ideal for hanging
children's work from. Make into a notebook for taking messages or writing shopping lists.

1. Choose thin card for the wings, almost as tall as your peg and twice as wide. Fold it in half and draw wing shape.  

2. Unfold the wing and decorate with punched or cut-out paper shapes. Glue the wing to the peg.

3. Draw a body shape about the same size as your peg and cut it out. Add features with crayons or markers. Glue this on top of the wing.
